CAMPAIGN TERMS — "BUY A CAR, WIN A MOTORCYCLE"

1. Organizer
   The campaign organizer is Dragon Drive Baltic OÜ (hereinafter “Organizer”), registry code 17050960, address Tallinna tn 97, Viljandi, Estonia.

2. Campaign period and scope
   The campaign runs from 15 June 2026 until 31 July 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). The campaign is valid only on the territory of Estonia and only for customers who purchase a new car and sign a sales contract with the Organizer or an authorized dealer of the Organizer in Estonia during the Campaign Period.

3. Participation requirement
   To participate, a customer must purchase a new car from the Organizer or an Organizer‑authorized dealer in Estonia during the Campaign Period. Each purchase of one new vehicle entitles the purchaser to one entry in the draw; the same buyer may receive multiple entries if they purchase multiple new vehicles.

4. Draw and draw date
   A public draw to select one winner will be held after the Campaign Period and no later than 14 calendar days following 31 July [year]. The exact time and place of the draw will be published on the Organizer’s website or communicated directly to the winner.

5. Prize
   The prize to be drawn is one motorcycle, SWM Gran Turismo ABS 650cc, with an estimated value of EUR 3,950 (the “Prize”). The Prize will be handed over to the winner in accordance with the Organizer’s instructions and applicable law. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other alternatives, except at the Organizer’s commercial discretion or if the Prize becomes unavailable — in which case the Organizer may replace it with a prize of similar value.

6. Winner notification and prize collection
   6.1. The winner will be notified in writing (by e‑mail or telephone) by the Organizer within three (3) business days after the draw.
   6.2. The winner must respond to the notification and confirm acceptance of the Prize within 14 days from the date of notification; if the winner fails to respond or declines the Prize, the Organizer will draw an alternate winner.
   6.3. The specific terms for collecting the Prize (location, handover date) will be arranged with the winner. The winner must present valid identification and complete any forms required by the Organizer.

7. Taxes and costs
   Any taxes or duties associated with the Prize are governed by Estonian law. The Organizer is not responsible for the winner’s personal tax liabilities; any taxes or additional costs associated with acceptance of the Prize that are not expressly covered by the Organizer are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Personal data processing and consent
   8.1. By participating and in order to award the Prize, participants provide the Organizer with personal data (name, contact details, purchase documents, etc.). By participating, the entrant consents to the processing of these personal data for the purposes of the Campaign.
   8.2. The Organizer will process personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws and the Organizer’s privacy policy and will not disclose personal data to third parties except where necessary to award the Prize or as required by law.
   8.3. By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the publication of their name and photograph in the Organizer’s marketing channels (website, social media) for promotional purposes, unless the winner has lawfully objected to such publication.

9. Exclusions and limitations
   9.1. Employees of the Organizer, their family members, and persons directly involved in organizing the Campaign are not eligible to participate.
   9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who has gained entry by fraud or otherwise in breach of these terms.

10. Liability and warranties
    10.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from participation in the Campaign, except where such liability is mandatory under Estonian law.
    10.2. After handover, the winner assumes responsibility for the technical condition and compliance of the Prize in accordance with any applicable warranty or the winner’s own obligations, unless otherwise agreed or covered by manufacturer/dealer warranty.

11. Advertising and other provisions
    11.1. The Campaign terms are published on the Organizer’s website. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign where required by law or for technical reasons; any material changes will be publicly announced.
    11.2. All Campaign terms and disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
